Refund Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. No Exceptions!

• Textbooks & ESL Books
  
  

  1. New and used textbooks may be returned for full refund one week from day of purchase. Two weeks from the beginning of term in September & January.
     
     
  2. Coursepacks are nonrefundable.
     
     
  3. If you drop a class, bring a letter from registration showing that you have dropped the class. You will get a refund on your course textbook if it is in a as new condition. Unfortunately, there are no refund on coursepacks.
     
     
  4. Books which include cassettes, CDs or disks or items which are shrink wrapped, are nonrefundable once package are opened.
     
     

  Other Merchandise
  
  

  1. Return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
     
     
  2. All discounted sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
     
     
  3. Software or audio products are non refundable if package has been opened.

Buyback Policy:

In order be eligible for buyback, your book must be:

1. On the required textbook list for the next term or semester
   
   
2. On the quota list for purchase by the bookstore. Some titles have purchase limits.
   
   
3. The most recent edition. Books that have been replaced by new editions will not be bought back.
   
   
4. In a good & clean condition as determined by the bookstore staff.
   
   
5. If the book is acceptable and needed by the bookstore, you will be offered 50% of the price you paid.
